Limelight Music School has created a cozy, modern production/performance space with lighting and sound capabilities, perfect for lessons and performance recording at Limelight Music School. Our space is also offered to the community for an affordable hourly fee.

 The aim of this community production space is to provide a low cost alternative for musicians, solo artists, videographers, photographers, special events and industry professionals and amateurs in the community who are seeking production services.

Need help or guidance? Bring in your own team, or vendors of your choosing. We also work with a select group of local and regional professionals who can bring your project to life. Our preferred vendors have the expertise to ensure your project, show or performance are produced in a way that brings your vision to life. Supplied backgrounds/props mean you can shoot multiple looks in the space. No need to change locations wasting time and money.

About the Space

Conveniently located on MD 26 between Eldersburg and Mount Airy, MD.

While providing these cost-effective services will be the primary role; ultimately we intend for this be an open creative space where expression can be explored, art can be created, and artists of all types can connect.

 We want to provide a safe place for the community to not only engage in creativity, but also with other like-minded people.

You are welcome to bring in your own team or production professionals. If you have questions about production crews or need help sourcing additional help from professional creatives/artists, please let us know. We have a roster of preferred vendors/freelancers, so it’s likely we can set you up with the right folks that can fit your budget and enhance your production experience/final execution.

Community Service

If you are a member of a not-for-profit group, you may qualify for a reduced fee for use of our space. You may request use of the space for you or your small group.

With a large staging area backed by black velvet curtains, stage lighting, and pro audio equipment, Limelight Creative Studio provides the perfect blank canvas for your photo, video, and live performance needs.

Collaborate with other creators, vendors, and more to bring your next project to life with an array of audio & visual amenities, access to which are included in the hourly usage fees for the Limelight Creative Studio.
